My HI300 failed the dollar bill test on the bottom of the door. The latch was tight and a new, properly sized rope gasket from the dealer didn't fix it. There was some evidence of air leakage (deposits). The door has no other adjustment. I got the bright idea of using some thin (1/8"?) heat resistant gasket material that comes on rolls from the local oil burner place. I cut a 1" wide strip, painted it with Stove Bright, and plan on gluing it to the stove later this morning.

I know I jinxed it by talking about it; oh well.
