Identify my fireplace

hello,

Can you tell me the model of the fireplace in the picture? There was a crack
in the back wall, but I don't know which replacement part to buy. I
don't want to dismantle the fireplace until I have a new part.
Is it jotul I 80 harmony or jotul I 81 harmony or something else?
Is it very hard to get that "back plate" out?
