Does anyone have a Jotul F400v3 with the factory-supplied after-cat thermometer in the side? Mine looks like this:

I'm hoping someone has an idea of where the needle should sit at room temperature.
While I was working the set screw for the top after cleaning, the face became loose and rotated. I would recalibrate it with boiling water if only I could remove it! The brick to the right of the photo prevents removal and I can't slide the stove out of the fireplace without pulling the chimney liner.
I searched for Imperial Kel Kem thermos online but it seems they've updated the design and I can't find any pics of this type. Stove (and thermo) were purchased in 2023.
