I had an opportunity to check out an old lady`s Quadra fire castile (needed a reset button push ) yesterday and was impressed with the cast iron build but more so with the more realistic and pleasing wood fire look flame pattern vs my Harman with it`s straight up and straight across flame pattern.
Not that I can say the Harman is any less efficient but just not as attractive.
And that auto start has to be a nice feature too.

I have noticed that some kinds of pellets seem to produce more of a realistic flame than others. At first I thought it was my imagination but have gone back and forth and it appears to be true. I suppose it is just in how evenly they burn which is determined by how uniform the size.
