When can we claim our tax credit for our new insert?
We ordered in November 2021 but didn’t put anything down because we weren’t exactly sure how we wanted to pay for it.
The insert was finally installed around Valentines Day and we put $4,000 down and financed the rest.
Can we claim it for our 2021 taxes or do we have to wait until we file our 2022 taxes? For what it’s worth, we fully intend on paying it off by the end of 2022 anyway.
