I am about to install a gifted to me 1125 in my new house in the basement, had the chimney inspected already was told its good to go(it is a cinderblock style) hasnt been used in a im assuming long time. Anything I need to worry about? Also anyone have the measurements fpr the needed set backs from the wall?
