Just another pellet burner not willing to pay the current big box prices for bottom of the barrel pellets. Anyone burn these Instant Heats yet this season (2015)? From a lot of the reviews I've read, they aren't that great.
There's a local stove shop near me that has Energex for 287/ton which is what the big box price comes to if I include delivery charges. I hear Energex are pretty good. Might just go get 3 tons with my dump truck and get a better pellet for the same price.
It's getting quite expensive just to heat my garage. Might have to look at putting this $700-800/season money into something else. I do have geothermal for the home, gonna look into getting something for the garage as well.
