Looks like you got more on than mine, should be fine. Once everything checks out consider a enclosing for fire code.

That looks like closed cell foam, I did mine with closed cell also, they hold the heat extremely well. If you're concerned about flame spread, there is a paint you can use that will satisy code requirements

Flux capacitor? If you've seen the movie "Back to the Future," you will know how important it is to bury a Flux Capacitor under the foam. Hope you didn't mess up!

Thanks chris, i would like to just build a room around the boiler, since it is in the garage under the house. and the tanks would be in there also. Ilet the tanks sit for 20 hours for the to cure? I lite afire at 6:30 pm, at 8o pm i got the temp to go from 110f to 165f. maybe add a few sticks to get it up a bit higher for the night and see where it takes me till 6:00 am. I buried a few things. I hope i remember where they are if at some time i need to find them. We had 2 of the coldest 2 days so far this year and i had to use oil today. Better heating days ahead with wood i hope.

How many inches did you spray on??? What R value?

There is 3 to 5 inches maybe more in spots. The r of spray is about 6 per inch so i guess i have 18 to 24 r value. But itis all about air infiltration that makes the differance.

The Ranger works awesome with the stock tires. I plow and salt with it and transport my firewood.
The wood quantity in the box below is the quantity I usually use for a 1/2 firebox burn.
