Yes, indeed. Thanks for the post.

Good response. Glad to see a site that's trying to get the truth out.
I've been in forestry for 40 years. What they've said at biomass101 coincides with my real-world experience.
Unfortunately, those pushing the false narratives tend to have the ear of the government bureaucrats while those who work in the field are busy doing just that - working.

Excellent articles - both of them. Thank you for the informative reading material.

"Responsible coverage of these issues should apply the same rules of journalism to all sides. Journalists are duty-bound to report the news, applying the same standard of scrutiny to all sides, no matter the perspective - especially when the assertions are hotly disputed. When they fail to do so, it’s evangelism and not journalism." (quote from article)

That ship sailed long ago. With rare exception, journalists today are entertainers in search of ratings and not independent seekers of the truth.

All depends on what they consider "news" right?

I would say there's a pretty strong bias in both articles. Biomass 101 after all, is a conglomeration of lobbyists (see the about section) that, just like newspapers, have financial interests as their bottom lines.

I believe that China exceeded our net oil imports since 2013.
