Not that I am likely to do this myself, but for those like me whose stove is far from some rooms (my fireplace & insert is in one corner of a 1-story house and some rooms are far away), I've read topics about installing fans to move air around the house. Yeah, but where to put them? Well, I was buying something else as an ad for those popped up: THIMBLE which looks like it could be repurposed as an aid for 4" thru-the wall fans, presuming those would move enough air. Just a thought I figured I'd share, looked like a neat gadget.
