I have a Jotul firelight 12. It is in great shape. I was wondering what is a good asking price. The only thing that wrong with it is the catalyst cover plate has a small crack. The cat chamber and everything else is in excellent shape. I only used it two winters. The elderly people I bought the home from said they didn’t use it much and had bought it brand new in 1996.

In good condition like you are describing, most would be between 800-1200 dollars up here. I can tell you new in 1996 it went for about
1600 bucks (Matte black, 1900 for an enamel color).

Thank you. It will definitely keep someone warm. It did me. The house I had was 2000 square feet. I stayed nice and warm with it. The chimney stayed nice and clean too.
