Hammers would be my choice. Turman is 2nd and Ligs would be 3rd. All 3 are very close though! Can't comment on the O'Malleys.

Omalley Pellets are worth the $259 a ton.
They are a premium hardwood and burn
good and hot with little ash and almost
zero fines in the bag. Been burning them
daily for about a week now. If you only
need two tons I'd get those.

raven, buy the 3 tons and ship the uneeded ton to me, I'll be happy to burn them for you, no shipping charge though...LOL

Jtake, Those are my 3 choices in that same order. I have used the Omalleys before and really like them, But for some reason the Hamers burn the best in my stove, And Geek if I have any leftovers I'm going to sell them from my driveway at 7.00 per bag....lol

Here's an article on O'Malleys I read in Timberline just last night. Sounds like they got their sheet together and are producing a good product.

It's been awhile since I've burned barefoots so I can't
really do a comparison but they both burn good in
my stove with little ash and very little fines in the bags.
I saved my $250 a ton pellets for next winter, oil was just too cheap compared to what pellets went too.
Code, I'm thinking a ton and a Half shoud do me for the winter, So if we buy 3 ton @777.00 plus 50.00 delivery charge, That works out to be 5.51 per bag, That's a savings of 79 cents per bag or 58.50 per ton and a half, PM if your interested.....Thanks
