I was installing my double wall pipe and it just came to me reading a few threads that I had a couple spots where I pushed too hard and may have penetrated the interior pipe of the double wall when I was drilling the outer layer .
. How concerned should I be ?

Did you install a screw that went through both holes?

No, I just used the short screws that came with the pipe. I could get a longer screw and make sure it seals the hole somewhat. The hole is so small and figured when you drill a probe theremometer its not 100% sealed either but safer is better.
