Lange Woodstove - Advice

Seeking advice on a Lange stove (pic attached) that was in the house in PA when we bought it 20 yrs ago. Used it for a while but then smoke was escaping too much and we haven't used it for probably 10+ yrs. Firstly, does anyone know of someone in Northeast PA who could service/re-seal this? Secondly, I'm a bit confused by the EPA rules regarding the use of this stove. Is it grandfathered?

Trying to work out whether to get it working again or to replace.

That's a beauty. It looks like a model 6302K. Yes, it is ok to use, but it should be gone through by a competent sweep that knows what to look for and can make sure the flue is clean and ready to burn. This stove extracts heat in the upper chamber, so only burn dry, fully seasoned firewood to avoid creosote buildup.
