I agree, seems there is always room to make improvements to our stuff :)

I can't imagine not having a tractor and multiple trailers and wheelbarrows to haul the wood.

Crazy ain't it ?!? I do have a tractor but no pull behind ... yet.
I did buy 2 of those Lockhart log gripper things from Bailey's for hand carrying rounds. Them things are amazing! Used them today for the first time.
