It's supposed to be colder outside of Boston than in Fort Kent, Maine? _g

Looks like I'll be setting some big logs aside this week...
 
Must be a computer burp or upper atmosphere temps. Actual NOAA forecast is snowy, but more normal wintery temps.

six feet plus the last 17 days. they are talkin 3-6" th-fri. hope they are rt. last comment, my 15 yr. old snow blower called it quits yesterday, AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRgGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
 
kinda fun watching another part of the country get hammered for a change. Hope that doesn't make me a bad person.

That is terrrible timing...go buy an Ariens ;) Something tells me Ariens, Honda and Yamaha blowers are going to sell like hot cakes in the next 3 weeks.

blown out bushing on the drive shaft. filled in the blown area with a broken shear pin. wrapped duck brand tape to help keep it place. greased up drive shaft and used old telephone wire secured to the house frame. got to clean up old mess and it held up. who knows how long. rube goldburg lives. got some dog run wire and clamps somewhere around here.will replace telephone wire.
