Lighter issue

Hy everybody,

I have a Warnock Hersey gas fireplace and the lighter does make sparks but difficultly light the gas, is there a way to adjust the electrode?

Warnock Hersey is not a stove manufacturer. It is a testing & certification company. Please take a picture of the rating plate so we can look up the information needed.

Oh I see.

It's a gas stove made by Archgard, model Optima-45 https://www.archgard.com/products/freestanding-stoves/gas-stove/item/45-dvfs28n-3

I cannot take a picture of the rating plate because the stove is an a corner and I cannot open the side door enough.

This is from your owner’s manual. Have you bled the gas line?

It's not the gas line, the stove burn properly when I light it with a BBQ lighter.

In this trouble shooting page I don't find my issue.
