Just opened my liner insulation kit. It seems odd that the tape supplied in the kit (from National Chimney)
is marked "Cold Temperature" with a temperature rating of -20 to 250 degrees. Product is Shurtape 2.0 mil dead soft foil tape. Does that sound right?

Maybe the temp marking refers to the temp at time of INSTALLATION ...not the max temp during use. Just guessing though.;?
