This post will also include mid N eastern NY as I'm just over the border of VT where I buy my pellets.
We've had a nice price drop at the Stove Depot in Bennington, VT where I've been buying the 802 pellets since last spring. Changes in pricing are as follows:
Energex mix: Previous $268 per ton, now $240
La Crete(60 bag pallet): Previous $321.50, now $279(that breaks down to $232.50 per ton)
802's: $265 no change
Ambiance Hardwood: Previous $288, now $260 per ton
Northern hardwood: Previous $288, now $260 per ton
Turman: Previous $315 , now $299 per ton
I'll keep you updated as I get more local pricing.
