Don't know if you are still on here or not. I am wondering what type of flue you are using and about the connections from the furnace to the flue. I have tried a little bit of everything over the past 30+ years and still my pipe will clog up every now and then.I presently have a masonry flue with a single wall stainless liner 6". Kind of thinking of installing a new double wall flue. Kind of hate to do that as I am nearing 80 years. I really like how the furnace heats the house and how easy it is to cut wood for the thing.
