I was recently very excited to get a great deal on a Jotul F55V2 for $2K, out the door. This is a brand new stove from an authorized dealer, so warranty stays intact. I found it on FB marketplace and was a bit skeptical at first but it was all legit. The poster, Alan Davis, is the owner of the store. There were 2 in his store and it looks like he listed the second one for the same price! So, if anyone in New England, store is in Middleton, MA, is looking for a killer deal thought I'd post the ad to the forum, with the back story on this being on the up and up.

Figured if someone was looking at a similar size stove a price this good for new and in stock might sway some opinions, so I didn't post in Jotul only forum. Hope it helps someone!

That's a good deal. Although advertised as a v2, check to verify it is an F55v2 and not the original. The original is fine, but it is not supposed to be sold now except as used. If all is good, that is a heckuva nice deal.

It's definitely the V2, he just had 2 in store. I bought one and he looks to have listed the second for the same price.

Great find!!

I see the second one still for sale on FB Marketplace. I've posted a clean link (the other wanted some sort of verification). You don't have to belong to Facebook to view, but would have to if you wanted to use their 'Messenger' service to contact seller:
