Looking for Woodsman Stove Info - See Pic

Looking for any information (model? Metal? Details?) for this wood fireplace in my basement. We moved into this home a year ago (Utah) and I read on this site these were manufactured here. It seems in very good condition. Would be great in a cabin. Can you cook on the top surface?

I've seen plenty of woodsman stoves but never one like yours. Appears to be in really good shape. It also appears to have secondary burn tubes. Is there an ID tag on the back? Are you planning on using it in the current location? You can cook on top of it.
