Hello everyone!

I have a unused brick fire place that has a gas line poking out of the side and a key hole next to the wall where I can control the gas.

I wanted to install a burner that I can connect to the gas line there.

I was hoping anyone with experience can help me figure out how I should go about doing this?

Also any suggestions for burners or accessories?

Thank you

What do you want in there? Do you want heat, or do you want to look at flames & maybe get a little warmth?
What you have is known as a "Log Lighter," which uses NG or LP to ignite your wood fire.
You can add a gas fireplace insert (heat), or you can add a gas log set (aesthetics).
