Question:

I have a vacation property in Brian Head Utah with a Lopi insert in the
fireplace. The insert comes with a fan that can be manually turned on and off and it constantly makes a rather loud noise. Can you recommend a local dealer where I can go to fix this or can you tell me what replacement parts may be necessary?

Answer:

You might be able to find replacement motors at a local graingers (industrial supply)...

Otherwise, check for a local Lopi dealer at https://www.hearth.com/findlopi - They might be able to sell you a new one, but won't have parts for the old.
