Hello,
I have a ~10' vertical stove pipe (8-inch double walled). I'm re-building my hearth with a proper stone hearth. Previously, the wood stove has been off set in this particular space due to an overhead beam. I'd like to offset with two angled pieces; probably using a two 15 or 30 deg pieces, just to get the stove to be centered in the new hearth and give a little more space for the mantle I'm building. I also intend to put in a Magic Heat Reclaimer in the stove pipe. However, I'm worried about keeping proper up draft.
Not super worried about the extra creosote build-up (as long as it won't be substantial), I can easily take apart and clean annually.
Does anyone here have similar experience with angled pieces in the stove pipe and with a Magic Heat. Will I keep my proper updraft?
Not the best picture but it kind of show our setup.

Thanks,
