My book says there is a secondary heat exchanger which i clean, wondering if there is a primary one above the fire box? I get dirt in the house, a sooty or oily substance on the filter. I had tech here, didnt do much to test combustion, just new nozzle, filters, ignitor points. The air draft is at 6 on the oil burner. Thanks Ray

Sounds like a cracked heat ex changer.
Inspect if carefully as it could be a carbon monoxide leak into your home.
