Maredsous in a Chimay glass. Heresy? I say Maredsous triple beats the Chimay, for 25% less $$.

Chimay = Belgian for beginners.

Technically, beer. However, when it has an ABV above 9%... treat it like liquer.

Perfect ;lol

I think it is interesting how every brewery has its own specially designed glass that is supposed to emphasize and enhance the unique qualities of its products. Heck, some even have different glasses for different beers that they brew. I have probably 25-30 different glasses from different breweries. I wish I could say I collected them all with beer in them, but most came from secondhand shops and garage sales.
