I seen a few the other day when I was splitting some wood. We shall see. It feels like a Indian summer up in westchesteras the "predictions" are saying. I saw this little guy yesterday, and he's telling a different story.

I agree with you. It might be from all the rain this yearLol...hope the little guy is right. I have seen way, way more Wolly Bears around this year than I remember.
Really? We're about 4" below normal right here across the river.I agree with you. It might be from all the rain this year
Hardly any acorns here this yearBut the acorns are plump this year. We'll know for sure in March!
I can't believe your 4" below normal. It felt like we had so much rain this year.. Your real close to me about 15 minutes or closerReally? We're about 4" below normal right here across the river.
That's definitely the best way to know for sure there will be nothing!one thing i know is that my neck of the woods is getting no snow . wanna know how i know ? ........ because i'm buying a new snowblower
Your one lucky SOBBought a new snow-blower 2 years ago.... Haven't used it yet!!
looks like winter is getting ready to re -emerge and is really never that far away.
It's not nice to doubt mother nature....she has a mean (cold) side.I'll believe the farmer's almanac over a dumb bug...
Interesting story Smokey....didn't know the "rest of the story". BTW, I live about 15 minutes from Bear Mtn. State Park, so MY woolly bears are the originals and never lie!
