I took my ash pan out today to dump ashes and the gasket came with it. I can't find any youtube vids showing how to put it back into the groove. Is there an adhesive to hold it in the groove? If so, what type?
Jim, from your signature area, it seems as though you just got your stove in 2013. It should still be under warranty if you bought it new. I'd call the dealer and ask him what he can do for you or what you shold do. Be careful of using glues, silicones or adhesives as you might void the warranty. My two cents.

Good point about the warranty. However, frigid cold weather in Pennsylvania was coming so I bought the RTV silicon adhesive and managed to get it back in place. The last time I called the dealer to come out, it took 10 days - didn't want to wait.
