I have a MT Vernon that I keep getting the dreaded "auger jammed" message. New motor and optical switch.
Motor is pulled out and laying on the floor beside the stove. It won't turn forwards only backwards. Any ideas?
 
Check all your wire connections. Was the auger jammed?
