We have an older version of the Napoleon NPS 45 Pellet stove. The auger motor quit and I cannot replace it because the set screw on the auger collar won't budge. After many tries the screw is now stripped. Thoughts???/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you will have to drill it out and retap it. Perhaps an easyout might work also. Can you remove the whole motor and auger as one so as to take it to a shop?
