Doesn't look like an EPA Napoleon. Is there a secondary combustion rack under the baffle? If there is, can you post a picture of this? Search around the insert. There should be a manufacturer's rating plate or tag on it. This could be behind the side surround cowling.
 
Thank you I am going to see the unit this afternoon. We have very strict regulation in Montréal, so many unit are for sale. I want to use the unit in a rural area , but I want at least that the unit respect the previous . minimum EPA regulation .
