There is no identification at all inside or outside the unit. I’m hoping someone may know how this needs to be installed according to the manufacturer or at least in a way that will pass a safety inspection. The flue pipe is 7 inch diameter. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a Majestic Jupiter. Preway and Malm also made units in this style. Try contacting Hella Vintage Flame in Oakland, CA for ID and installation requirements.
