I getting kinda bumed out trying to figure where to put this stove. Its either the living room which is small or the basement. Wife wants it downstairs, personally i'm thinking that would be ok too. I already bought a bunch of Duravent pipe/kits which can be returned. IF I put it in the basement, I can go thru the block and up, right? Its unfinished and is 7ft high.

Here are some pics of the living room. At first I was thinking where the corner TV is........then I was thinking to the left of it where the white wicker bench is but if the hearth needs to come out 4ft, it will block the door. UGH! I guess this isn't going to be an easy install. Thanks for any help with this!

From what I can see our living rooms look similar. We did give up partial use (you can still open it a little) of the front door. We put our couch along the wall where your wicker bench is, our TV is in the opposite corner (diagonally across the room) from where your TV is now, and our stove is in the opposite corner (diagonally across the room) from where your front door is.

Clear as mud?
