Need smoke outlet for Jotul F3 CB

Our Jotul F3 CB heats our home nicely. However, it was installed without a smoke outlet:

[Hearth.com] Need smoke outlet for Jotul F3 CB

We are missing parts A, B and C. They are available for about $170 from parts suppliers, but I was wondering if anyone had spares sitting around that they would be willing to sell?
