ok everyone I have recently purchased a 25 pdvc 55 shp10 ... mfg 4/18 ....after performing the break in I was running it on low 1setting and my lid was so hot I could not touch it ... I called support and we performed a reset made sure it was on d and lower three buttons read 3-4-1 instead of 6-4-1 the standard... again the lid was so hot you could not touch to refil unit. this is my second 25 pdvc stove I’ve ever owned and the first did not ever get this hot (160*f) on the lid does any one have any info to help
