hi I just bought my new house And I know there's a lot of regulations out there with the older wood stoves and that in some states it's illegal to even install them, can't find anything in the local laws here about pre1990 stoves but really encourage to not buy them, but have the opertunity to buy an upland 17 in excellent condition for my my 3 season room, as this is not the primary source of heat for my house (oil unfortunately ), but thought this would be a good addition in the fall and early winter so I can enjoy my newly build bar.. What is your thoughts on this? Thanks
