Can anyone identify this fireplace with the model? I didn't see an exact match on their website. I've also never owned a fireplace. Anything I need to watch out for with this model?? Thank you!

Looks like an older insert installed into a zero clearance fireplace. Most likely this is not to code. It should be inspected to make sure that it's safe, cleaned and a liner is attached to the insert.

It is definitely an insert in a zero clearance fireplace where it most likely is not allowed to be installed.

Yes, the interior picture and chimney verify this is a zero clearance fireplace.

So, I will have this inspected. Do I just need to make sure that a liner is definitely installed, and it will be safe (along with being cleaned)? Or do I need to have the entire insert removed?

The odds are very strong that this installation is not up to code. If there are fire issues, this could be a problem with insurance. The other factor is how safely the insert was installed. The only way to tell this is with an inspection by a qualified professional that is looking for creosote accumulation, liner aging and stove connection, and any other safety issues.
