Hey guys. A quick thank you for all the information on here for guys like me.

Installing a VC Small Winterwarm 2080. It is what it is. I got it cheap. Lol

Just tore out the gas logs and installed a 25' 6" liner and it kicked my butt! I was on the top of my second story roof and had my son pulling the rope attached to the liner. Apparently he pulled a little too hard and started unraveling the liner! LOL but I luckily still had just enough.

Question. Do I use furnace cement on the liner to adapter and adapter to stove connections? I have the pipe clamp style adapter.

Thanks!

No need for furnace cement at the liner to adapter and no need at the adapter to stove unless the connection is sloppy.

Progress! Bottom block off plate insulated and installed. Now ready for 300 lb insert. And...it's 87 degrees F here in SC today!
