Been lurking for around the forum for awhile. Fired up my new lopi 1750 for the first time.Everything is going great with it house is nice and toasty 20 degrees outside on a windy Oklahoma night 75 inside! So bring on the winter!

Nice, that stove was on my short list when I was looking. You will enjoy it. How about some pics.
 
I have being using a Travis Olympic 1190 for three or four years and I love it. Watch the amount of wood you use as there is no way to slow it down other than opening the door until it cools down. Mine has not turned red but it has been pretty hot until the learning curve hit. With the Olympic, it likes to cruise at 500 – 550 but you need to add wood every 3-4 hours and this OK with me. As you firebox is smaller, you may add wood every 2-3 hours. Get a top thermostat.
 
Thanks I have a stovetop thermostat order should behere this week, and I'll post a couple pics as soon as I figure out how to.
