So we bought a Kozi model 100 pellet stove, got it hooked up through our ceiling. It keeps collecting ash on the door lip and we do not know why. Does anyone have any explanation? What is the big long handle that sticks out on top in the front? Help! We are new to pellet stoves, and this is our first one. We had a wood burning furnace before this and decided to try this out instead of burning wood.
