Bought a house with a WoodgunE180 - using to eat old farmhouse - about 2700sq ft. Set up in series with oil furnace which has domestic hot water coil. Prior owner said he burned through about 9 cords per year. I seem to be on pace for a little more than that (which seems like a lot to me). Generally keeping the house at 68-70 when home and turned down to 58 overnight and when not home

Does this seem like a reasonable amount to burn

Face cord or full cord?
