No Heat Condition Englander 25-PDV

Hey Guys
I have a used England Stove model 25-PDV manufactured in 2009 that only had about 10 bags of pellets run through it.I installed it in a 30 x 15 room with low ceiling and it only raised the temp 3 degrees on 9 the highest setting running for hours.The outside temp was in the 30's.There is a good flame in the firepot and the blower is operating.
I thought that the previous owner that may have messed with the settings on the keypad.The settings were at
6 - 4 - 7 and I changed them to 6 - 4 - 1 but there was No change.
Again there is a Good Flame in the Firepot and the Blower fan is operating.If you hold your hand directly in front of the Blower it is only throwing warm air and the top front of the stove is only warm after running for hours.
Please advise.

Lot of info on your possible issue with your stove, some even posted even today. Your first posts are moderated so may be some delay before them posting and looks like I am the only mod up this AM.

Take a look at the back side of the control panel. There is a small green screw connector there. There should be a little piece of wire that connects the two sides of the connector. Make sure that wire is in place and both screws are tight. If the wire is missing, just use any small piece of wire that you have available and put it in place. This connector is used to attach an external thermostat. If the thermostat isn't connected or the wire isn't in place, the stove will run on feed setting "1" regardless of what the control panel is set at.

I tried the suggestions and still no heat.I did switch from mode D to C with very little difference.I think I just have a Lemon.

Who said only 10 bags were put through the stove?

If the stove sat for a long period with ash in it things might not be all that wonderful for getting heat out of it. Ash is an excellent insulator.

There are other things as well such as the attack of the vicious dust bunnies and stray animal fur where it shouldn't be.

What did you do to get the stove ready for installation?

A proper cleaning "fixes" 70% of the problems folks have with their stoves. Ash is a pretty good insulator and if the heat transfer tubes or plates are covered with ash, the heat transfer rate is significantly reduced.

Yep, if your exhaust feels hotter than the stove, dirty heat exchangers!

A lot of good information and I think I am getting closer to the fix.The exhaust heat and the flue pipe is much hotter than the top of stove or the air out of the room blower.So my heat is defiantly going up the chimney.The stove is clean and free of ash.
I used the pipe that I got with the stove which is 4" pipe.I am changing it to 3" pipe today and I will post the results
Do you think the 4" pipe is sucking the hot air out of the stove?

The pipe isn't going to suck much in the way of a lot more air than the 3" would because the stoves combustion blower is controlling the air flow.

Now in the process of cleaning that stove a bit of fire box wall thumping and the use of a high air flow device just might dislodge a pile of ash you aren't aware is still inside the stove.

My stove had a removable plate over the baffles in the back of the firebox. There was a little tab on it to
use as a handle. Lift up on that and wiggle the plate out through the door. The use a shop vac and or
bottle brush to clean all of that out. I also put a small diameter piece of heater hose in the end of
the shop vac hose and probed that around in there. I used to do that every 10 days or so if I recall.
It's amazing the ash that builds up in there. Make sure you get the lower left hand corner particularly,
as that's where the port to the exhaust fan is. Your stove will run MUCH better with that clean!
