Non-catalytic Insert Eligible for 30% biomass credit Regency/Osburn

Are there any noncatalytic wood fireplace inserts that qualify for the 30% biomass tax credit? We need a medium insert with some styling.

Also, any recommendations between the Regency Hi2450 Hampton and the Osburn matrix 2700? neither qualifies but that seams to be our best options.

Osburn is certifying they qualify for some of their inserts. There are some hybrids, but the Lopi Evergreen and some Morso freestanders are the only non-cats. The 75% rule is definitely biased toward cat stoves. Some PE stoves come within 1%.
