I had a problem with my Harmon P68. It turned out to be a sesor, but before they came out to fix the stove, they trouble shooted with me to try to get an easy fix...once we decided that it needed to be looked at by a professional, they were prompt and came right out and fixed it, and it was all covered under warranty. Thats why I bought my stove local, because of the service, and they didnt let me down when I needed them.....well just thought I would say something good about my expierience with my overall satisfaction with my dealer...Highly Reccomended
