I had one whiff of green on the right hand side in the first pic.
But indeed red, less defined. Same as last time.
 
It's just starting to kiss our area. Peak looks like the northern center of the country. I'll go out in an hour and check.
 
It cleared out long enough to see them in Eastern Ontario around 1 am .
Hopeing for the same tonight

It’s been really rainy here, but looks like it’s clearing up. I’m hoping they’ll make an appearance while I’m awake. I went north for tonight. Hopefully I’m not looking at clouds!

They showed up early last night. Hope it continues tonight.

Cloudy weather has blocked many a cool meteor watch, aurora viewing, etc. in the PacNW. It's almost guaranteed, except this year. It's been unusually sunny and that's all that is in the forecast. The lawn is already starting to turn brown. This is more like August than the beginning of June.
