Sorry if I'm not searching correctly and missed this answer, I'm new.

Recently paid a whole lot of money for new windows and doors and the house is pretty well sealed, at least in the basement where the stove is (napoleon nps45). My question is now regarding in outside air kit which has never been present on this stove in the past. The manual says 15' max but due to where the stove is, there's no way I can do it in 15' or less. Is it more harm than good to say go like 20-25' with a larger diameter pipe as opposed to just continuing to run without OAK?

Thanks!

Yes that would be sufficient.
