Good question. I used Foil tape to go from my 3" to the Harman flex pipe. Unless I made up a adapter from a aluminum dryer vent fitting, I couldn't find anything close.
 
Auto supply store has exhaust adapters. Some shops may expand tubing and make a custom adapter also.

i think there's a thread on this where someone found an auto intake adapter that made a perfect fit.
i believe it was for a harman.
i dig around and see if i can find it.
