OK to burn brush in a CAT stove?

Provided it is dry (this pile was cut down during the summer and I'd burn it next winter):

I'd love to get rid of this stuff by burning it up in the stove. I'd like to cut it up to stove length and wedge it into the stove in between my splits. Any trouble with this? Will the CAT suffer even if this stuff is dry? Wood is wood, right? (leaves?)

No problem burning the wood, as long as you use it as kindling and don't put too much in at a time (it'll get too hot too quickly if you do). BUT---you have to break it to length and get rid of those leaves. Don't burn the leaves in your stove.
If you get the large paper yard bags, you can pick up the stocks when dry, break them into the bags, and store the bags in your basement, bring them up into the house as you use them. I've done it with ironwood and apple branches and twigs.

No chipper and I hate those pickup days the town does in the burbs ("must be tied together with white twine, not brown, must be 4 feet in length, etc, etc.), I'd rather burn it. If I want to put in the effort, it's ok to burn (sans leaves)?

Yes, if you have time but look at all the work for an extremely small return. First get rid of leaves. Second, cut to length. Third, think of the mess getting it to the stove and getting it inside the stove. For what? A couple minutes burn time. Can you just burn them outside? We just leave them to rot.

I feel for you as it is very hard to get rid of this kind of stuff in the city and burbs and the code police don't allow it to sit for very long. The cheapest option get some loppers and some trash containers (which you likely already own) and go at it for about one minute of burn time.

Seriously you will have an hour in making that stuff ready to burn! then have to get it into the stove. Even if you live in the city why not burn it in place. Unless you have nazi neighbors or greeinis or something, start a small fire and feed it a handfull at the time till you burn it up. Dont light the whole thing you will have 15ft flames and lost of smoke and ash at once but a small fire will produce less smoke if hot that grilling 2 dozen hamburgers there for should not be noticeable.
