Does any one know anything about the old country flame stoves? I'm looking at one to buy and it has a blower that works. It has two doors that swing open and the round screw type air intakes are on the doors. Has an 8" flue on top. It is very heavy. No fire brick on the sides or top or back, think there might be brick on bottom, not sure because it's full of ash.
I have tried the new epa stoves but did not like them. I want to go back to the old stoves.
The people who have it put in in the barn because the old house it was in they tore down and they never burned wood and said just make them an offer, they want to just get rid of it.
So can anyone give me some info on this old stove??

Thanks.

Bill
